During our all-staff meeting this week, we talked about what we are most grateful for with recurring themes being our health, our families, and our jobs. We all feel fortunate to be a part of a company culture that is collaborative and supportive with leadership ready and willing to support and encourage our efforts.
When we talk to customers and prospects about creating and fostering a culture of engagement, we speak from experience about the difference it can make in terms of motivation, performance, and ultimately results. When management has a servant leadership mentality, it positively permeates throughout the organization. Remembering to put others first, and a commitment to transparency from the top down, makes a huge difference in how our company operates and how we treat both our internal and our external customers. It’s a mindset, an attitude, and a practice – and one that consistently wins and retains more business. We as a team can effectively “preach” about recognition, engagement, and leadership support because we work in an environment where those attributes are our daily bread.
This Thanksgiving, at the end of a year that none of us will ever forget, we sincerely wish for all of you – our customers and future customers – health for you and yours and continued organizational success.
